Can you remove a vehicle blocking my driveway?
Call to discuss the property, your authority to request removal and the vehicle location. Private-property removal requires the applicable authorization and legal process; a phone call alone does not establish that a vehicle can be removed.
My car is missing. Did you tow it?
Check posted towing signs and contact the listed operator. You can also ask local law enforcement or call Brothers with the vehicle description and last known location. We can confirm whether we have the vehicle before you travel.
Which towing method does my car need?
The correct method depends on the manufacturer instructions, drivetrain, damage and whether the wheels roll. Tell dispatch if the vehicle is AWD, electric, hybrid, lowered or modified. Do not assume an AWD car is safe to tow with wheels on the ground.
Will towing damage my vehicle?
Proper equipment selection, loading and securement matter. Tell dispatch about existing damage, modifications, low clearance and locked wheels. No website can guarantee a damage-free outcome for every vehicle or recovery situation.
Can roadside help avoid a tow?
Fuel delivery, a suitable spare tire, lockout assistance or low-voltage battery help may resolve the issue. Dispatch needs the symptoms and vehicle details to assess the next step. EV 12V help is not traction-battery charging or repair.
Do you tow RVs, commercial vans or semis?
We can take commercial vans and RVs, subject to confirmation for the individual vehicle. Send dimensions, loaded weight and condition. We do not tow semis or other heavy vehicles, or transport really heavy machinery.
